DIY Anti-Fog Spray

Hello! Today marks a year since I have been posting weekly on this blog! 53 weeks in a row :) Anyway, today we're making DIY anti-fog spray. Using this spray prevents mirrors or windows from fogging up temporarily. You will need:

  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 1 cup of hot water
  • Bowl
  • Funnel
  • Spray bottle

First off, pour the water and vinegar into the bowl, and mix together.

Once combined, pour the mixture through the funnel and into the spray bottle.

And you're done! This is how mine looks like:

This DIY was so easy, and took less than 5 minutes to make. It's really useful, and lasts for a while. Just spray it on the mirror, wipe it off, and you're done!

DIY Washing Soda

Hey! Today we're making DIY washing soda. This is used for lots of DIY cleaning products, and the only difference between this and baking soda is that it's more powerful. It's very easy to make; just an oven away!

You will need:

  • 1 cup of baking soda
  • Parchment paper
  • Baking sheet
  • Spoon or something to stir with

First, preheat your oven to 400°. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.

Add all of your baking soda onto the sheet in an even layer.

After that, put it in the oven for 15 minutes.

Then, take it out of the oven and stir it with a spoon.

Put it back in the oven for another 15 minutes, take it out, and stir. Keep doing this process until you have taken it out and stirred it 3 times in total. When you are done doing this process, take it out of the oven and let it cool until room temperature. And you're done! This is how mine looks like:

This DIY was super easy. It took about an hour to make, and I like how the parchment paper makes for easy cleanup. I also like how you can turn something as simple as baking soda into a whole new chemical compound just by putting it in the oven. You should try this one out!
