DIY T-Shirt Tote Bag

Hello! Today we're making a super simple tote bag out of a t-shirt! You will need:

  • an old t-shirt
  • scissors
  • chalk or fabric marker

Lay your shirt out flat. Then start by marking a line cutting the sleeves and neckline off with chalk or a fabric marker.

Cut out the lines you just made.

Flip your shirt inside out, and 1/2-inch wide strips at the hem.

Tie the ends of the strips together in double knots.

Flip it inside out, and you're done! This is how my tote turned out:

This DIY was very easy to make. It takes about 5 minutes, and is a great way to give your old shirts a new life! I hope you try this one out.

DIY Decorated Coasters

Hello! Today we're making DIY coasters! You will need:

  • scrapbook paper, old magazines, or newspapers
  • hexagon cutter
  • mod podge
  • paintbrush
  • tiles

First, use your hexagon cutter to cut several hexagons.

Then, using a brush, paint on some mod podge on the surface of your tile.

Then, arrange the hexagons on your tile to your liking.

Let the mod podge dry, and then cut off the edges of the paper to fit on your tile. After that, brush on a layer of mod podge to seal the arrangement of paper.

Let everything dry, and you're done! This is how mine turned out:

This DIY was super easy to make. I like how different the coasters can be depending on the print of the paper. These coasters are great for hot or cold drinks, and make great gifts! I hope you try this one out.

DIY Rosewater Facial Toner

Hello! Today we're making a simple DIY: facial toner using the rosewater in my previous post! You will need:

  • 1 tablespoon of rosewater
  • 3 tablespoons of filtered water

Mix the water into the rosewater, and you're done! Ideally, you would put this into a spray bottle, but since I didn't have one on hand, I put it in a small jar.

This DIY was probably one of the simplest I've ever done! I love how refreshing a spritz of this is, especially in the summer. I hope you try this one out!
