DIY Nutella Fudge

Hello! Today we're making fudge out of Nutella! You will need:

  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • 3/4 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

First, beat the Nutella and powdered sugar together until smooth.

Then add the vanilla and beat until well combined.

After that, line a tray or baking dish with wax paper, and spread the mixture evenly. Set aside.

Melt your chocolate chips with the 1/2 tablespoon of butter in the microwave at 20-second intervals.

After that, spread this mixture over the Nutella mixture. I chose to marble the mixtures with a toothpick.

Let set in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. After that, take it out and cut it into equal pieces.

After that put it back into the fridge, and you're done! This is how my fudge turned out:

This DIY was so easy to make. It tastes amazing, and I love the marbled effect! I hope you try this out.

DIY Puffy Paint

Hello! Today we're making DIY puffy paint. You will need:

  • 1 tablespoon shaving cream
  • 1 tablespoon white glue
  • optional: food coloring

First, mix all of your ingredients in a bowl. I chose not to add food coloring into my paint because the shaving cream was blue, but feel free to add some here if you want.

Mix well, and you're done! This is how mine turned out:

This DIY was so simple to make. It turned out like real puffy paint, and I had all of the ingredients at home! I love the fluffy texture. To store it, simply put it in an airtight container. I hope you try this out!

DIY Straw Hair Ties

Hello! Today we're making DIY hair ties out of plastic straws. You will need:

  • plastic drinking straws
  • candle
  • lighter
  • glass of water
  • rubber band

First, light your candle with the lighter. Then, put a straw over the flame until it curls up slightly.

Take it off of the flame and quickly dip it into the glass of water to stop the melting process. Then cut it off.

Keep melting the straws until you have enough to fill a rubber band.

Next, cut off the excess plastic off of the rings for a cleaner look.

Cut the rubber band in half and start stringing the rings through it.

Tie the rubber band off in a knot, and you're done! This is how mine turned out:

This DIY was so simple to make. Melting the straws was super fun, and I like the upcycled factor. I hope you try this out!
