DIY Fall Leaf Candle Holder

Hello! Today we're going to make candle holders out of mason jars for the fall season. You will need:

  • leaves (I used real ones, but feel free to use fake)
  • mod podge
  • foam brush
  • mason jar

First, brush a layer of mod podge onto the jar.

Then arrange several leaves on the jar to your liking, and seal over the arrangement with a thin layer of mod podge.

Let everything dry, and you're done! This is how mine turned out:

This DIY was very simple to make. It's nice for room decor, especially in the fall season. I hope you try this one!

DIY Photo-Wood Transfers

Hello! Today we're transferring images onto wood using an easy method. You will need:

  • mod podge
  • block of wood
  • paintbrush
  • printed image
  • sponge

First, liberally brush some mod podge onto the wood, about the same size as the image.

Then, place your image face down onto the mod podge. Make sure to get rid of any air bubbles by pressing the image down with a straightedge.

Let it dry overnight. After that, use a wet sponge to peel off the paper residue. It should come up in rolls.

Wipe off the excess water, and you're done! This is how mine turned out:

This DIY was so cool to make. I like how faded the transfer looks! If you are going to transfer text onto the wood, make sure you mirror the image. I hope you try this out!

Put the succulents into the soil, and cover sides with more soil.

Add rocks all around the open edges of the pot.

And you're done! This is how my succulent dish turned out:

This DIY was super simple to make. I love the creative aspect of this decoration. You can use whatever type of plant you want and even add colored rocks. It makes a great gift, but it also gives a nice touch of nature to your room! I hope you make this.
