DIY Hot Glue Keychains

Hello! Today we're making DIY keychains out of hot glue. You will need:

  • glue gun
  • parchment paper
  • paint
  • paint brush

First, set a piece of parchment paper down. In the photo, I used aluminum foil, but the glue ended up sticking to it. Then use the glue gun to make any shape you want. I made a heart and circle.

Let it dry.

Paint the keychains with your choice of paint.

Let them dry, and you're done! These are how mine turned out:

This DIY was super easy to make. They are great as gifts, or for personal use. I had all of the materials at home, so it was very inexpensive. I hope you try this one out!

DIY Fluffy Slime

Hello! Today we're making yet another version of slime using very simple ingredients. You will need:

  • 1/2 cup of white or clear glue
  • 1/2 tablespoon of contact lens solution
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • optional: food coloring
  • optional: glitter

First, pour the glue into a bowl.

Add in the baking soda.

If you want to, now is the time to add in food coloring,

and glitter.

Mix it until combined, then add in the contact lens solution, a bit at a time. You will know your slime is ready when it stops sticking to the bowl.

Take it out of the bowl and knead it for a bit until it is soft. Then you're done! This is how my slime turned out:

This DIY is very simple to make. It's super fun to make with friends, kids, or even as a gift! I like how you can play with color, texture, and scents. I hope you try this out sometime!

DIY Gluten Free Chocolate Donuts

Hello! Today we're making DIY gluten free chocolate donuts. You will need:

  • 1/2 cup of dark chocolate
  • 10 tablespoons of butter
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 5 eggs
  • aluminum foil and a muffin tin, or donut tray
  • saucepan

First, preheat your oven to 350ยบ F. Then melt your chocolate in the saucepan on medium heat.

Then add in your butter,

cocoa powder,

sugar,

and vanilla. Mix well and take off the heat.

Add your eggs in one at a time. Mix well.

Roll up several balls of aluminum foil the size of donut holes and put them in the muffin tins. You can skip this step if you are using a donut tray. Then pour the batter into the muffin tin around the foil, being careful not to cover it.

Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, and let cool. I chose to make some glaze by mixing milk and powdered sugar and pouring it over the donuts, but this step is optional. This is how my donuts turned out:

This DIY was super fun to make! I really hope you make these!
